This questionnaire is addressed to transplant centers searching and requesting DKMS donors independently from a national patient registry or interested in DKMS Registry’s search and request support. Our goals are to provide high quality stem cell products while ensuring the safety of our donors. In this context, we must ensure that the transplant center and the physicians have sufficient experience in allogeneic HSCT and the transplant center must have sufficient resources to perform HSCT with adequate outcomes.
