Change in listing of our DKMS donors from Germany and Poland on April 21, 2021 for international requests
The listing of our DKMS donors from Germany and Poland will change: As of April 21, 2021, the DKMS Registry will list all our donors from Germany and Poland and make them available for international search requests.
For German patients, DKMS donors from Germany and Poland will remain listed with ZKRD, for Polish patients DKMS donors from Poland will remain listed with Poltransplant. Likewise, upfront listing with NMDP will stay unchanged. This means, all our donors from Germany, Poland, UK, Chile and India are solely available via DKMS Registry for international search requests.
As a result, donors from five countries on three continents amounting to 25% of the worldwide registered donors will be available through one registry, the DKMS Registry.
