For several years, we have been supporting transplant centers with free typing of immediate family members living in any country where it is difficult to obtain blood samples.
The process works as follows
Please fill out the corresponding form, and email this to tcs@dkms.de. Our TCS team will ensure that the family members receive the typing kits and that these are sent to the laboratory. TCS will forward the HLA results to you as soon as they are available.
Please indicate in the form whether you are interested in DKMS taking over the organization of the donation if the family member is a match. In some cases, our program for the support of family donations can take effect.
