Furthermore, the Follow-up department will inform the TC/registry if the donor reports a serious disease that could be dangerous for a patient, e.g., leukemia, cancer, etc. These cases are reviewed by a physician at DKMS and communicated by FU/DPC Coordinators to the TC/registry Case Managers.
